Hi I still have the same problem, the provider opened the ports and ODBC instance is ok. I can connect using other apps but not with your software. That's what I fill in the fields: DB type: ODBC Host: Driver={SQL Server Native Client 10.0};Server=server.dyndns.org:1433;Database=REPORTS; User: empty password: empty DB name: empty Persistance connection: No Can you please help me.

Hello,

We don't know parameters of your DB server. "Driver" parameter from connection string should contain name of used driver on your server, "Server" parameter contains address of your DB server. If it is required, enter populate "User" and "Password" field. ODBC source should be registered on your web server. You can contact your DB administrator and ask check your settings.
