I'm still having this issue, on all pages where I use the tables. Here's two examples:
hafdal.dk/index.php/kirkegarde/kegnaes-kirkegard

It seems the problem with CSV file. It doesn't contain header columns for two last column.

Ok thanks! I managed to fix that by just putting a . in the last column, instead of it being completely empty.
