Install, enable and configure "System - ARI Colorbox Links" plugin and enter the code in "" parameter:

or the following code if you want to show only content without site template header, footer and other elements:

Use "External Link" menu item type in Joomla! menu manager. It provides ability to assign menu item with external link, but in this case use the next code for "Elements CSS selectors" parameter:
