TOPIC: Fixed width, everything smaller gets amplified

Fixed width, everything smaller gets amplified 10 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
Is it normal that when I set the Slider Width in the Module to 1000px width for example and I load an image with a shorter width that the Slider stretches the Images to the 1000px width? So every Image that I load must have the same width!?

Hope you can help me

Hello,

The module is based on NivoSlider jQuery plugin and the plugin stretches images to slider width.

Ok...is there any chance to avoid this? So the images are not getting stretched to the slider width!?

Or what would you do if you have pictures with different proportions, so for example one is 1000px x 360px and another is just 600px x 360px. If I want to use them both in one slider the 600px one is stretched to 1000px width...thats not really user friendly?! Or is there a solution I dont know?

regards

NivoSlider plugin doesn't support this ability so it is not supported by "ARI Image Slider".
