Create/edit question template

Parameters on create/edit question template page are divided into two groups:

oMain settings contains common parameters for all question types.

oSpecific question settings contains specific parameters for selected question type.

See below description of "Main settings" parameters:

•ID is record number in the database. Can be used by a 3rd party extension to manipulate with the entity.

•Name is a template name.

•Question type is used to select question type.

•Disable validation if you don't want to fill all answers fields and disable question validation so save question template, set the parameter to 'Yes'. This parameter affects only on the question template, it doesn't affect on a question which is based on the question template.
