1) I would like to have the menu in the centerposition not aligned neither to the left nor to the right. is it possible and if so, which stting in which file have to be changed.
2) I also cant find any css-file at all in "mod_ariyuimenu\js\build\assets\skins\sam". So where is it possible to customize the layout to the used template?

1. Provide link, please, where we can find menu on your site that we can say CSS rules for centering the module.

2. You can find CSS file by the following path:

<joomla_dir>/modules/mod_ariyuimenu/mod_ariyuimenu/js/build/menu/assets/skins/sam/safe_menu.css

Template files you can find by the following path:

<joomla_dir>/modules/mod_ariyuimenu/mod_ariyuimenu/templates/

see main.html.php and menu.html.php files.
