Check that your site template contains "menu" module position. BTW, Joomla! installer couldn't install language file for the module. Check that <joomla_directory>/language/en-GB folder exists and has writable permissions. Regards, ARI Soft

I had checked both of them. The "menu" module position and en-GB folder are existed. Also, the en-GB have writable permission. Still, there is no change in my page

We can investigate the issue if you upload your site to an online server, provide link to page where we can see the problem and provide temporary access to Joomla! backend by email. Regards, ARI Soft
