Problem with ARI thumbnail 1 Year, 9 Months ago

Hello I have purchased ari thumbnail plugin and got temporary license for testing that I applied to my installed plugin.
All Ari plugins and modules are also turned on.

Howevere when I place a syntax in my article body giving a path to my files and thumbnails, no images are displayed but the code instead.

How to solve this problem?

Hello, It seems you use copy-paste method for inserting plugin code and you use WYSIWYG editor. In this case, editor usually adds some extra HTML tags which brake correct plugin code. Enter plugin code in 'HTML' mode in your editor and it should help. Regards, ARI Soft
