I've installed and the diagostics pages show everything green and okay.

If I paste this test ..

..into a content page, it displays the tags not the table.

When I goto the ARI plugin page in my backend, I see the message "Please specify license key before using the component" which makes it appear that perhaps my temp license isn't okay.

I assume that if I get my license sorted out then the tags should get replaced with tables ?

Would be nice if there was some documentation for this !!

What I am actually trying to do is use "ARI SQL Table". Can you confirm that the product that I purchased includes this one.

When I go to the 'member area' page I get a single download link for.. com_arismartcontent.zip which i've downloaded, installed and fixed some permissions problems.

Is there anything else I need to download and install.

You really need some documentation for this product. How am I supposed to figure out what to do?

'ARI SQL Table' plugin comes with 'ARI Smart Content' component. Only plugins from plugins repository require additional installation. Regarding issue with plugins tags, check that you have correct license key, please.

I have a temp key registered against dave.jpy.com domain. This resolves on my joomla server to the private IP address. This machine is not yet 'live' and therefore doesn't have any public DNS name. It does however have a public IP.

I've checked my license key and it's as displayed on your website. It shows in the license window as 'not expires'.

What should I do ?
