Dev. plugin cannot activate on second website 6 Years, 3 Months ago

I bought the Developer version of ARI Stream Quiz which allows installation on unlimited websites. I installed it on one website, and it worked. Now I downloaded the latest Developer v. 1.5.20 and installed it on a second website of mine. When I try to activate it, I get this message:

""ARI Stream Quiz" can not be activated. It requires PHP version 5.4.0+ with SPL extension and WordPress 4.0+.

Recommendations: update PHP version on your server from v. 5.3.29 to at least v. 5.4.0."

I am using the latest WP version and PHP 5.6. The same as my first website where the plugin is working. How can I activate it?

Hello, It seems PHP v. 5.3.29 is used on the second site. You can use this or any other similar plugin to show PHP version in WordPress. Regards, ARI Soft
