Sorry for my continous questions.

I insert in every results page a contact form with contact7 but, after complete the form, plugin sent me to a blank page after the submission. What can i do?

yes. The website (and test) is this one:

I insert the shortcode of Contact7 but when i submit the form it redirect me to a blank page

The problem occurs because forms from CF7 plugin doesn't work in dynamic content. We will two new parameters ("Content before result area" and "Content after result area") where will be possible to use HTML and shortcodes and content from these fields will not be added dynamically. It should help to resolve the problem. The update will be available within 24 hours.

Update the plugin to v. 1.4.12. It contains "Custom content management" checkbox on "Settings" tab on quiz edit page. Add a shortcode for the form to "Content before result area" or "Content after result area" parameter.
