We seem to have a similar problem. The purchase code is accepted but the plugin refuse to upgrade. I just logged in through FTP and I wondered as the folder is called ARI...3 and we started using your plugin from 4 something?

If we delete the plugin and install the new version will all data disappear? Also, how do we export data to another site of ours? We need to translate it to another language but it would be easier with an export than writing everything again.

Hello, If you buy the plugin on CodeCanyon, you can read here how to update it via Envato channel. The plugin can also be installed manually, the quizzes remain untouched if delete the plugin and then install it again. Regards, ARI Soft
