I am running arisqltablequery wrapped in arimootable, MySQL table has 1500 rows, too slow to sort or search as user will think it is ignoring keystrokes and clicks. About 5-6 seconds with about 750 rows, selected in the query. I have installed and enabled the bigarticle plugin.

This error can occur because the table contains a lot of records. Table plugins load all data into page and use javascript for sorting and it can cause problem with large amount of data. Currently different pages with part of data can be created, for example one for page for state from A - G and etc. We'll AJAX support into a future release that remove this limitation.

I feared that size was the problem. A-C here is already 500 rows! Can I put more than one instance of arisqltable etc on one Joomla page, or use eg ariexttabs or arijtabview to display a tab for A-C, D-K etc?

What about my problem with JDataTable? Size again? - gave only all rows, unformatted. Thanks

Sorry for delay please. Yes, you can place several instance of 'ARI SQL Table' plugin or other table plugins on a page without problems. Issue with 'ARI JDataTable' is the same as issue with 'ARI MooTable'.

OK thanks. I have split the 1500 Comunes in Lombardia over 6 Joomla pages, with links, but not a perfect user friendly solution. I know we have same size issue but ARI JDataTable' is a nicer presentation, but even with a sub-set of the rows, I cannot get the 'ARI JDataTable' format to display as per the Demo. I want to use it in several places on the same site, with smaller sets of data, but only get a plain list of all results. Is there an example of real syntax for eg ARI JDataTable' wrapping a real SQL query that I can copy? Thanks
