It seems like nothing that I add to the Ari-Soft CSS templates has any effect. How can I troubleshoot?

Hello,

Do you enable CSS template? Could you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email that we can investigate it?

It seems this problem occurs because PHP on your server runs in 'Safe mode'. It's deprecated approach and you can read about it on official Joomla! wiki page. The component can't save CSS template files and includes it to a page. If you want to use safe mode then try to specify FTP credentials in 'Site -> Global Configuration -> Server -> FTP Credentials' section.
