Hi there.

I am using "Cloud Carousel Pro" that I got with the "ARI Smart Content" package, but am having some issues with it.
My version of Joomla is : "Joomla! 3.3.6"


1) captions are not loading on the main page, or even in the "fancybox" or "sexy lightbox".
- the .ini file is in the same folder as the images
- it's named "diapoaccueil.ini"

2) I can't edit/delete my "data source", so, everytime I want to try a new setting I have to create a new one, but can't even delete the others.

In the help file it says :
- Create a new data source using "New" button.
- Edit an existing data source by clicking it's name or by selecting checkbox at left of appropriate data source and clicking "Edit" button.
- Remove data sources by selecting checkbox at left of appropriate data sources and clicking "Delete" button.

Well, can you tell me where to find the checkbox and button for "editing", "deleting"...

1. Additional fields for "Local images" data source can be defined in CSV file, not in INI file. More information about it is available here. See description of "Description file" parameter.

2. This information from the documentation for "Components -> ARI Smart Content -> Data" page, not for data grid with data sources which are available in a module settings. If you want to edit data sources for local images, open "Components -> ARI Smart Content -> Data" page on Joomla! backend, select "Media data" tab and click by "Local images -> Images" link. On this page is also possible to create new data sources or delete existing data sources.

Followed what you said, found where to edit/delete the date sources.
This works fine now.


For the caption, I still have a problem.
Here is what I have in the data source for local images.

[Folders with images] images/01_Accueil/DiaporamaAccueil
[Description file] diapoaccueil.csv

And this is how I wrote the content of "diapoaccueil.csv", and I saved it as UTF-8

"File","Title","Description"
"cascadeGrand.jpg","Cascade","Cascade"
"ecrinsGrand.jpg","Ecrins","Ecrins"
"lacDesBechesGrand.jpg","Lac des Beches","Lac des Beches"
"meijeKerneGrand.jpg","Meije","Meije"
"pilatteGrand.jpg","Pilatte","Pilatte"
"pontDesRajasGrand.jpg","Pont des Rajas","Pont des Rajas"


It still doens't show anything.
What am I missing?
