Hello, "ARI Smart Content" v. 1.8+ is compatible with J! 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7. Could you explain in more details what problem you have with installation? Regards, ARI Soft

I apologize, I did not realize that the component had to be installed manually from the joomla /tmp folder. Please disregard my last post.

When I try to install by the extension manager, upload & install. I get a return error that the xml file cannot be found.

Probably Joomla! is configured incorrectly (for example path to temp folder if FTP layer is enabled). Regards, ARI Soft
