I deactivated now the cach plugin and nothing is cashed now and the error is still ................

It happens because ARI JQuerLoader is incorrectly installed. It can't load library for working with cookie. We wrote about this before you, in a letter. Please, check that directory <joomla_dir>/plugins/content/arismartcontent/system/ari_jquery_loader4957ec740fdd3/js/1.2.6/jquery.cookie.min.js has appropriate permissions.
This should contain jquery.cookie.min.js file.

Hi, that directory contains this file.
The directory /plugins/content has the highest permissens 777.
For the arismartcontent directory folder I can't change the permission.

Try load in browser the following page www.aktionsfinder.at/aktionsfinder/plugins/content/arismartcontent/system/ari_jquery_loader4957ec740fdd3/js/1.2.6/jquery.cookie.min.js , it display 406 error, this error of your web server, resolve it, please.

Ok, but try it load in browser. It shows 406 HTTP Error. This error occurs on your HTTP Server (Apache). This isn't problem of ARI Smart Content, this problem of your web-server. Please, contact with your hosting support that he resolve this issue.
