It seems Ghostscript is not installed on your hosting or an incorrect path is used. Contact your hosting support and ask installed Ghostscript or not and if it is installed, path to Ghostscript. )

Contact your hosting support and ask GhostScript is installed on their server or not and if it is installed, ask path to executable file of GhostScript. After this open "Components -> ARI Smart Book -> Config -> Import settings" page and enter path to GhostScript in "Path to GhostScript" parameter.

I got the same problem...I asked for the path but it does not work...
