I configured every thing but there must be something lest since the page cannot be loaded

Hello,

The problem occurs because several instances of jQuery library are loaded on the page. Open "Components -> ARI Smart Book -> Config" page on Joomla! backend then open "Frontend settings" tab and set "Include jQuery" parameter to "No". It should help.

Currently jQuery are loaded by "yt" plugin and "sj_papa" template. Load it only by "yt" and disable it in "sj_papa". We can help to configure it if you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email.

I have the same problem over here.

The component keeps loading without any result.

Could you please help me figure this out?

Hello,

Set "Book settings -> Images lazy load -> Enable" parameter to "Yes" on template settings ("ARI Smart Book -> Templates" page).
