Thank you for your interest in the extension. Documentation for the extension is available here. It contains description of backend interface.

It is possible to use any HTML code on book pages so it is possible to embed video from popular services like YouTube, Vimeo and etc. using embed Video code or embed SWF or FLV files.

Could you explain what problem do you have on mobile devices and what browser(s) you use?

Images are shown in this way because they are stretched to available space. This parameter is configured in book template settings. It is possible to show images saving aspect ratio.
