I asked, "Where do I add these rules to the CSS?"

You said,"The custom CSS rules can be added to "Styles" parameter in module settings. "

So now I have to ask, "Where is the "Styles" parameter in module settings."

Please understand, I don't know your program like you do. Can you please give me the specific location? I know have to wait another day before I get an answer and this delay is costing me.

Open "Extensions -> Module Manager" page on Joomla! backend, find "ARI Slider" module instance (for example select "ARI Slider" value in "- Select type -" drop-down), click by module name to open module settings page, find "Styles" parameter and add the custom CSS rules to it:

Use the following CSS rules instead of previous:

.ari_slider_menu_wrap LI A {padding-top: 0 !important;height: 100%;padding-right:3px;}
.ari_slider_menu_r_div {display:none;}
.ari_slider .ari_slider_menu_navleft, .ari_slider .ari_slider_menu_navright {top:50px;}
DIV.ari_slider {background-image:none;background-color: transparent;}
BODY DIV.ari_slider .ari_slider_menu ul li {width:160px;}
.ari_slider_menu {border-top: 1px solid #CCC;background: linear-gradient(0deg, #EEE, #FFF);}
