In Chrome, I "saved page as" "web page complete." It downloaded to the file I sent to you. Did I miss a step?

When you choose "Webpage, complete" option, all page files will be saved (not only HTML file). Place all files into archive and send it to us. Extra page files like images, javascript and CSS files are stored in a sub-folder in folder where HTML file is saved.

I finally found the problem. It was in the T3 core/default CSS. Slides were being treated as a list and the code was automatically inserting a bullet as a content spacer. So I simply deleted the line that was inserting the graphic. I do greatly appreciate your efforts to help.
