Hello,

$dataItem['text'] contains text of slider item

$dataItem['title'] contains title of slider item

Data is filled in <joomla_directory>\modules\mod_arislider\includes\kernel\Slider\Models\class.SliderArticlesModel.php (<joomla_directory>\modules\mod_arislider\includes\kernel\Slider\Models\class.SliderArticleModel.php).

$dataItem['text'] contains content which is defined in "Item Template" parameter in module settings. If you want to get article field(s), see $article variable in foreach cycle in <joomla_directory>\modules\mod_arislider\includes\kernel\Slider\Models\class.SliderArticlesModel.php (<joomla_directory>\modules\mod_arislider\includes\kernel\Slider\Models\class.SliderArticleModel.php) file.
