We investigated the issue in more details. As we wrote previously this problem with implementation of CD plugins. They can't work when several jQuery instances are loaded. We sent modified version of CD plugins by email. We modified <plugin_directory>/libraries/jquery/js/jquery-noconflict.js file in "CD Scriptegrator" plugin and <plugin_directory>/cdmagictabs.php file in "Magic Tabs" plugin.
