Here it is in the right place:

The code <a href="{$readmore_link}">Read more link</a>
is transformed into a simple "Read more link" with no link in the frontend.
How do I get a real link to the article?

"<a href="{$readmore_link}">Read more link</a>" should work fine, could you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email that we can investigate this issue or screenshot of module settings and link to page where we can the issue?

when I place <a href="{$readmore_link}">Read more link</a> into the template field (under "{$introtext}") and save these settings, only a plain "Read more link" remains.
What do I do wrong?

Hi,

I have the same problem, when I use the suggested code, a link appears frontend but it does not lead to the article itself. Nothing happens actally.

Actually, a second problem appears when 'read more' is inserted, instead of the articles showing 1 by 1, 2 articles appear beneith each other which is a very ugly site.

I use the latest version Ari Slider (purchased 7-5-2011) and Joomla!1.6.3.

Does anybody no what is going wrong?

The site is not yet live.
