Screenshots can't help because we don't files and folders structure on your server. Could you provide a link to a page where you try to use the extension and temporary access to your J! backend by email so we could investigate the issue?

My photos are not located within the Joomla directory, how do I specify their location? I currently have the full URL for the folder including http, but that is not working.

The extension works with images from Joomla! folder(s) or sub-folders.

Hello!

I'm from Mexico.I'm using the module ari cloud carousel, all was ok until I tried to add it into an article. The problem is the folder path.

I'm using the Joomla plugin (Content-Load Modules).
The module show me this message:

"JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: home/a6929798/public_html"

And this is my path: "images/Construccion_thumbnails/"
Like I said previously, it only happen when I add the carousel into a article.
Can you help me please? I don't know what's wrong.
