I use the following code to display the image from local folder, it shows one thumbnail image, I want all the images to be listed

Hello,

Check that "Image Gallery -> Simple Gallery -> Visible items count" parameter in "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox Anywhere" plugin settings is set to "0" or empty. If it doesn't help, could you provide screenshot of "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox Anywhere" plugin settings or temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email that we can investigate this problem.

It was 40 in my settings, I changed to 0 , now it works fine. But I have a question how to set all the thumb images are of same size?

Thumbnails have different size because original images have different proportion. If you want to have thumbnails with the same size, specify "thumbWidth" and "thumbHeight" attributes of {arisexylightbox} tag and choose "Resize method" method, you can select it in plugin settings ("Create thumbnail method -> Resize -> Resize method").
