I am using the ini file to title the images. Unfortunately, I have jpg files that are being produced by a camera ftp where the built in filename contains characters like "()". this throws an error in class.apputils.php on the parse_ini_file call.

Is it possible to escape or otherwise use image filenames that contain special characters that are not supported by the parse_ini_file function?

I unfortunately don't have access to the firmware of the camera to change the filenaming algorithm.

Ideas?

The extension uses CSV file to get titles and descriptions if image gallery is created with help of "ARI Sexy Lightbox".
