I had the ari sexy ligthbox lite installed and running

I purchased and installed the full verison of ari sexy ligthbox. I did not uninstall the lite verions first. The lightbox didn't work.

I uninstalled both plugins and re-installed the full version - still doesn't work

Also, I can't add add the serial number (nothing for ari sexy ligthbox under Components.

Also, I don't see how on your website to generate the serial number anyway.

Quite confused over your product and website. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

'ARI Sexy Lightbox' is under GNU GPL license and doesn't require license key. Could you explain what don't work that we can help you? If you can provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email and say what you want to display in lightbox, we can help do it.
