Hello,

I'm new using this extension. So...

I've tried to configure with a module and as plugin, with the same result. The link works, and show and fill de screen with dark color, but no box/windows appears with link (I've tried with web link, article, text, ...). Only dark screen.

the site is joomla 2.5
with groupjive
and j-sport template

maybe a jquery problem?

could anyone give some instructions?

the site is underconstruction, but if you go main menu "Seccions" -> "Trail"

then in new ico menu you choose "Qui som" text, not the ico (the text goes to another link with jce editor pop up)

At least your site contains HTML errors. It contains several <head> and <body> tags, it seems they added in custom HTML modules.

It is also not clear how do you use the extension. You use plugin code or load module somehow?

Yes! you are right... (JCE editor with fullpage plugin add this) Now is removed.

in this case I've used as plugin, but also using as a module with the same effect.


Please, how you detect the HTLM errors in my site?

We open HTML source of the page and saw errors, but you can also use W3C validator for this purpose.

About problem with the extension, it seems you use it in incorrect way. If you use it as module, could you send screenshot(s) of module setting by email. If you use it as plugin, provide plugin code which you use and screenshot(s) of plugin settings or provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem.
