Thanks. Regarding your questions:

1. Line space is added not by the extension, switch your WYSIWYG editor to plain text mode and remove <p>&nbsp;</p> HTML code (this code is added by edior) above plugin code.

2. Add opt_autoStart="1" parameter to {arisexylightbox} tag to start slideshow automatically.

LOVING this plugin! How can I get this video to play on the page when clicked rather than having to click the thumbnail then press play?

Set "Auto play videos" parameter to "Yes" in "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox" and ""System - ARI Sexy Lightbox Anywhere" plugins settings.
