I have provided all the information I've been asked. I've been asked more than once and replied more than once.

I detailed the problem, and again, provided links.

ARI said I should also buy more ARI products, and did, and it still doesn't work as it should.

I there a problem responding to the emails I -replied- to with all the info needed? Silence may be golden as they say, but not in this case.

If ARI can't, or won't respond, please, at least say so. I don't like to be hung out to dry.
