No email. None. The only emails I have from Ari are two, one selling porn, and the other cosmetology stuff - both are spam, from the forums.

If you look at the above, you will see that Ari asked for a link, and details, and ARI would help to configure Sexy Links. Well, I provided all that.

This is a-typical of many 'support' forums. The techgs read too fast, too little and reply with even less.

OK, copy of the email below:

Hello,

"ARI Sexy Links" supports ability to select elements by CSS selector(s) and attach the lightbox to these elements. It means you can add some specific CSS class to elements which you want to link with the lightbox. For example you can add "autolightbox" CSS class to <A> elements. HTML code for this elements will look like:

<a href="www.domain.com" class="autolightbox">my link</a>

and add the next code to "Elements CSS selectors" parameter in "ARI Sexy Links" plugin:

".autolightbox"|width=800&height=500

If you want to use it with "ARI Easy Slider", use the next code for "Read more" link:

<a href="{$readmore_link}" class="autolightbox">Read more...</a>

ARI Soft

I can see that the requested link and description of the plan for sexy links wasn't viewed...

Would ARI be opposed to my posting a "Help[ Wanted" ad here somewhere - I need to get this working as it was stated it was to work.

We saw your link. We provided solution how to add lightbox effect to all links with specific CSS class name, without using a special HTML code or plugin code for each link instance. It seems you haven't tried our solution.

I did, without success. The information you provided is for a text link, not image links or a combo of both. Without real instructions, it is by trial and error.

It is real instructions how to configure the plugin and use it with other extensions. An image link usually looks like <a ..><img src="..." /></a> and it works with solution which we described. BTW, it is possible to specify a CSS selector for necessary elements (for image, anchor and etc.). We describe a real working solution. If you can't configure the plugin, we can help to do it. Just provide a temporary access to your J! backend (if you don't want to provide access to real site, you can create a fresh test installation).
