Hello, my problem is that when thumbnails are clicked, a popup window opens but only displays the same size thumbnail image instead of a full sized image. Full sized images are png with a width of 1200px. Please advise.

Send a link to a page where we can see described problem and temporary access to your J! backend by email please.
