TOPIC: Module (Flickr) settings not saved
#19850
Module (Flickr) settings not saved 12 Years, 7 Months ago Karma: 0
I bourght this module yesterday and tried to make a module showing my flickr photos.

I choose type "Flickr gallery" and entered my Flickr API key.

I choose source "User photosets" and entered my userid.

All other fields have deafult values.

When i save the module (Module successfully saved), joomla empties all the Flickr input fields.

The module is published in the frontend with the title, but no photos...

Please help

Thomas

Hello,

Check that "System - ARI Extensions" plugin is installed and enabled. This fact is described in readme.txt file from extension's archive.

Ooops, must have missed that one when i installed...

Thanks for clearing that out..

However, the settings are now saved but there's still no photos in the frontend - only a text saying "{$emptyText}".

My photos on Flickr are all public.

I can provide you with at temp username and pw for my site if you wish.

Could you send link to a page where you try to use the extension and temporary access to your J! backend by email?

Any resolution to this problem? I have same issue... getting {$emptyText}. All plugins are enabled and the group I am wanting to display is not private.

Hello,

If you use a plugin, what plugin code do you use? If you use a module, could you provide screenshot(s) of module settings page? You can send it by email.
