Hi all,

I just put on the first page of my website an image I'd like to show using the lightbox effect from ARI Sexy Lightbox.
Unfortunately when I click on the link (which is actually a picture) the image is opened in the browser and not as a lightbox popup.
My site is based on JA_Purity_II template.
Any ideas ?

Hello,

Do you use "ARI Sexy Lightbox" or "ARI Sexy Lightbox Lite"? What code do you use? Could you provide link to page where we can see the problem?

Hello,
my website is www.volleyriozzo.it.
The problem is located in the home page: when you click on the red hair girl picture (left side of the page, in the box CAMPIONI DEL MONDO) the image appears without the lightbox effect.
Probably is a conflict with other library/module, but since I'm a beginner of web site implementation I cannot find the cause.

If you use "ARI Sexy Lightbox Lite", it can't work in your case because it is content plugin and Joomla! executes content plugins only in articles, not in modules or other content. If you use "ARI Sexy Lightbox" extension, check that "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox Anywhere" plugin is enabled and "Mode" parameter is set to "Anywhere".
