I'm wondering if It's possible to user the Ari Sexy Lightbox in the image of the rocketheme extension rokstories. Where I must seek to achieve this?

Yes.

This module shows an image thumbnail and text of and article in a table of 1 row and 2 colums (one text and thumbnail in the other) plus rotate efects ..etc.

I'm wondering if may be possible that on click the thumbnail the ari sexy lightbox apears with one of the 2 optional content:

a) Only the full image size (should be easy)
b) The Full text of the story like the function that "read the full story" button (seems not that easy).

It seems this type of integration is possible with "System - ARI Sexy Links" plugin from extension's package. We can help to configure the plugin if you provide link to page where we can see RokStories on your site.
