Hello,

The lightbox appears below video because <OBJECT> and <EMBED> tags for video don't contain wmode="transparent" parameter.

Tags are generated by AllVideos plugin. Set "Player transparency for Flash based media" parameter to "Yes" in AllVideos plugin settings. If it doesn't help we can recommend to contact plugin's developer that they provide solution how to set wmode="transparent" attribute for video generated by their plugin.
