Thanks for your quick help with this. It works really well. It was much appreciated!

By the way, I added the following to the code so that it does not wipe out a target="_blank" setting on a link (if manually set).

Code:

			if (aList[i].target != "_blank") {

				aList[i].target = "_parent";

			}

I think if you will be using this in the future for other purposes then not overriding a target already set would be ideal. But that is easy to fix on my end with a few code changes
