inline content + remote links in mooFAQ? 13 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
Hi,

I have Sexy Lightbox working beautifully and I'm thrilled with it.

I have installed both the Sexy lightbox module (set to Inline content), and the Sexy lightbox Link modules (set to Remote content). As well as three Sexy Lightbox plugins (lightbox, anywhere, & links).

I get bold words linked to both inline text and to external links in Jom Comment, a feat which I have struggled unsuccessfully to achieve with other software, but...

For some reason, while the inline text content shows in mooFAQ, the same syntax that works for linking external content in Jom Comment isn't recognized by mooFAQ (it is reproduced as typed).

Any suggestion about how to get both kinds of content working in mooFAQ?

In any case thanks for a great product!

Aron

Hello,

Is it possible to provide us temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email and say link to page where we can see this issue that we can investigate it?

Regards,
ARI Soft

I just wanted to thank the people at Ari Soft for taking the time and effort to help me solve my problem.

For others, I simply needed to toggle my WYSIWYG editor to plain text before entering the code for the external link (by clicking on the "toggle editor" button at bottom right).

Truly outstanding. THANK YOU!
