Lightbox overlay color? 9 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
Where can I change the color of the opaque overlay color that covers the page when the lightbox is on the page?

Right now in the generated source I can see it's being called below the footer somehow. There are 2 instances of it being called. One is whit, one is black. I just want the white one, and need to know where to change this.

I cannot find it in the module or plug-in settings, or in any of the code files.

For an example go here - vbfa.bwpcommunications.com/anshen-allen-intermountain-healthcare

Click on one of the images in the gallery to pop the lightbox. You will see the black background come up.

Need to know where to change this.

Thanks,
Bill

Hello,

This problem with "artsexy" extension. Disable it. Set "Load jQuery method" parameter to "Local copy" in "ARI Sexy Lightbox" module and plugin settings and add the following CSS rule to a site template CSS file to change background color of lightbox overlay:

DIV.sexy-overlay {background-color: red !important; }

Thanks for the quick reply!

I searched my plugins for "artsexy" and did not find any that have that in the name. So I don't know what to disable.

In the Art Sexy Lightbox Lite Edition module settings, there is no option to load a local copy of jQueery.

Ideas?

Thanks,
Bill

EDIT - I found the jQueery setting in the plug-in and set it to Local Copy. Still not able to change overlay color.

We wrote about the module and the plugins from "ARI Sexy Lightbox" package, not about "artsexylightbox". We also wrote to disable "artsexylightbox" extension because it causes problems and add also the CSS rule from our previous post.

If you have any problem with it, we can help to configure extensions if you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email.
