download the plugin, activate it, but do not know where to paste the line of code to display external windows like the example shown in google.

'ARI Sexy Lightbox Lite' is Joomla! content plugin, it means this plugin works in Joomla! articles. Open an article and type sample code in it. If you use a WYWIWYG editor, switch it to plain text mode that avoid problems with extra tags which editor can add.

Could you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email and say link to page where you can try to use the plugin that we can investigate this issue?
