In this site, on left hand side, a news section is given. Same like this. in which i can handle the content dynamically from admin control panel.

You can see ARI MooNewsTicket plugin, it provides ability to scroll articles from specific categories and sections, with this plugin you can define template for scroller items where you can use different articles fields such as intro text, full text, read more link and other. In this case, you can define categories and sections from what you want to display articles in scroller and define scroller item template with necessary styles only once and it will loads new articles automatically. 'ARI Scroller' doesn't provide this ability and it will require to enter new item with CSS styles and HTML formatting every time.
