so you get automaticly numbers behind the 'Question' text, depending how much questions you have ?

Could you please explain in detail. It's possible to display similar thing before the ANSWERS not the questions.

How do you display it before the 'Answer'? just put 1. and 2. etc before the text of the answer?

or can you generate it automaticly by the back-end?

Numbers are generated automatically.

Please have a look at our demo. There for single and multiple questions you will see Choice 1, Choice 2, Choice 3, etc. for answers. "Choice" text can be easily trnaslated to any other text.

So it's not possible to have it after the word 'Question' (generated in Components >> Ari Quizz >> Languages Frontend) ??

If you change word 'Choice' to 'Question' there is no problem to display Question 1, Question 2, Question 3. You can try on our demo.
