Could not instantiate mail function 6 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 0
I am currently testing Ari Quiz. 95% is functioning correctly. I have encountered a message after a user completes a quiz. Results should be mailed to the user and to the admin group.

After a user completes a quiz, I am getting the following error message:
"Could not instantiate mail function"


Any help is greatly appreciated,

Hello,

The extension uses Joomla! API to send mails. Check that mail parameters are configured properly in Joomla! settings (see "Mail settings" section on "Server" tab on "System -> Global Configuration" page on Joomla! backend).

Could you provide a link to a page where the problem occurs and a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem?
