Hello!

I've got the following issue: if once you start taking the test without entering name and e-mail boxes, next time these boxes are not shown in the browser (Chrome, Safari) unless you clear all the cache. I suppose, it has something to do with AJAX feature, though I would hate to turn it off.

Hello,

It happens if previous quiz session is not completed and start the same quiz again. In this case the previous quiz session is loaded and the form is populated with values which were entered before in read only mode. Complete quiz session and open quiz page again, in this case textbox fields will be unlocked.

Thank you, haven't thought about that!

Unfortunately, it confuses some users, who change their mind and decide to leave contact detail having started the test. They don't see the fields and consider it to be our bug.

Is there possibly some way to deal with the issue? Would be very grateful for any suggestions.

Open <joomla_directory>/components/com_ariquiz/views/quizform/guestform/view.html.php file and remove to comment the following code:

$readOnly = true;
