Hello, If you want to copy all quizzes data from one Joomla! instance to another, it requires to create an SQL dump for all DB tables with prefix "ariquiz", restore it on DB of another Joomla! instance (if necessary, change table prefix) and then install the extension on new Joomla! instance.
