I realize that the Parse Plugin Tags feature is experimental but I was wondering if it works not only for questions but question category descriptions? I have tried it in a description and it doesn't seem to work. Is there an easy way to enable this?

Hello,

It can be easily added for quiz description or quiz category description, but it requires custom modification for question categories description.

For quiz description and quiz category description can be used the following PHP code:

Code:

JPluginHelper::importPlugin('content');
echo JHtml::_('content.prepare', $content, '', 'com_ariquiz.content');


For question category description at least it requires to modify <joomla_directory>/controllers/com_ariquiz/controllers/question.php file.
