I'm wondering if it is possible to display a single quiz question on demand.

On my site I'm playing a video and would like to display a specific question at a specific time. The idea is that all of the quiz questions will be asked during the video playback, but they can't just click through to answer every question. By the end of the video they will have answered every question.
