First, many thanks for implementing Social Network sharing within AriQuizz.
Quizzes are so well fitting with Social Network teasing !

I have just given a trial to this brand new functionality, and here is my feedback :

1) NEED OF A STEP FURTHER !
The way it is implemented now doesn't really unleash the power of teasing / sharing in Social Network.
We can't really control when & what is shared.

We need to have it implemented 'a step further'... The GREAT RESULT SYSTEM available in AriQuizz allows us to create different screen for different results via the TEXT TEMPLATE.

The ideal way regarding sharing would be to use the TEXT TEMPLATE to position the Social Networks sharing :
- We would have 3 text zones (one or FaceBook, one for Google+, one for Twitter) where we create what should / can be shared depending the Social Network.
- The content of those 3 zone will be process and shared when the player click on one of the 3 buttons that should be displayed (one per Social Network)
- Ideally, we should be able to select 3 different buttons (if we want to have 'personalized ' Social Network buttons-
- We should be able to position those 3 buttons anywhere in the Joomla Editor, or at least either at the top or at the bottom

Could you push the effort a little further, and really use the true power of TEXT TEMPLATE, blended with the Social Network sharing features, to unleash AriQuizz popularity in quizz makers and quizzes lovers ?

Can I be of help here ? this feature would really make a difference, and you have already done a part of the job

2) NOT SURE HOW IT CURRENTLY WORKS !
- For now, I presume that apart form placing a very generic text in the 'Social Sharing' tab in the 'Config' there's nothing we can tweak more than that. Correct?
- Also, it seems that it grab an image from the result page, but apparently we can't control which one and how right ? (that would be solved by the solution mentioned above !). We can't control either the link shared ? (I want the hompage to be shared for instance, not the result page itself)
- The tweeter and Google+ seem to work (even if text in Google+ hasn't been the one I mentioned in the Config). But Facebook apparently doesn't work on my side... Any idea / solution ?
- how can I place the button at the bottom of the page ? How can I make it more explicit ? Possible to have 1 button per Social Network, to allow sharing in a simple and direct click ?


It's a big step in AriQuizz history, to have Social Network implemented. It will really boost its interest
I really hope you'll be able to push the implementation a step further. And if I can be of any help, please let me know !

1. Thank you for your suggestions. We will take them into account for new versions of the extension.

2. Currently the extension shows "Share results" button with drop-down menu when "Results settings -> Share results" parameter is set to "Yes" in quiz settings. The message which will be added on Facebook and Twitter is defined on "ARI Quiz -> Config" page. See "Social sharing -> Message" parameter. If you want to change position of the button, see <joomla_directory>/components/com_ariquiz/views/quizcomplete/default.php template file.

1°) Regarding suggestions made, and the fact that you will think about them for next version : could you tell me if you can think of a timeframe for this ? Can I hope for something within the next weeks ?

2°) Waiting for those improvements, I have a question for the current version : regarding the message that is posted on the Social Networks : how is chosen / grabbed the image for the post ? It is taken from the 'Result' screen ? How can we control that ? Can we force one image ? Does it take the first image of the post ?

(I would like to have 1 specific image per result screen... Not doable for now ?)

IMAGE in POST
I mean, for real impact, it is much better to have an image in post in Social Network.

On my site www.test-cerebral.com/ I have 10 different result pages.
For instance : www.test-cerebral.com/test-cerebral/Results-c1bd7f110e57f1960170533a546c8ad1

On that last one, you can try the social sharing post.
The Google+ one is definitively grabbing an image from the post !

Actually, it grabs one that make sense

But this is really something we need to control per result screen to really take benefit of the Social Network (reason why I have been asking that in previous posts). Possible to control this on current version? Not sure I'll be luck with all results page...

Also, from this page, the Facebook sharing doesn't seem to work for me... Could you give it a try ?


REPLACE DE CURRENT BUTON BY AN IMAGE
On current version, I'd like to replace the 'Social Sharing' button, by an image (I'll put one with the social sharing icons) that would also display the drop-down list on a click.

How can I replace that button by an image ? In which file ? Could you advice a code ?

It would be really great to be able to insert at least one generic image (company / quizz logo...) if not yet per result screen. For now Google+ seems to grab an image anyhow...

- Any hint on how to change button aspect ?
